I've used this dealership several times, mostly due to location. However, I will NOT be using it again due to the failure to perform maintenance as required. Oil change, front end lube, rotate tires, Simple, right? My vehicle is equipped with zerk fittings on the front end, requiring lubrication every 5,000 miles. Each time I specify the lube points require grease, 4 times out of five, I've checked afterwards and found either only a partial grease or no lube has not been applied at all. Dropped off vehicle for warranty repair. After vehicle had been left for seven days, had to call four separate times for an update on repair. First three calls I was informed that all service advisors were busy and would call me back. Fourth call I was finally able to be told my vehicle had been completed for several days and that multiple messages had been left. Unlike Invergrove hyundai who lied to me many times and sold me a vehicle with a bad engine and all the oil leaking out of it every 3 weeks and then disrespected me in words and actions for 2 years. Decided to purchase a 2024 Edge to replace my 2019. Even though I was a return customer the service and attention was top notch. They even helped me remove the contents from my 2019 and place it into my new car. I wanted to keep my state park license plate and the finance officer called the state of MN to figure out how to do that. I really appreciated it.

Purchasing a used vehicle, it has some issues that were not taken care of prior to being listed and sold (bad battery, low fluids etc.). After bringing it to there attention and talking with them, they had it fixed the next day in a very reasonable time frame.

Absolutely no help whatsoever. I can’t even get the finance manager Micheal Wicker to return my calls or email. We bought the car from your location OVER 6 MONTHS AGO and just simply want to get our Jeep registered in our state. We can’t do that without the appropriate paperwork. We can not drive to the AutoNation to get this issue resolved, as we live in a completely different state. If anyone at AutoNation reads this PLEASE HELP!!

The service drive is an absolute joke. I really like how my advisor, Louie, had time to decorate his beard with Christmas ornaments and then proceeded to tell me he doesn't have time to call MyLeasePlan for my oil change payment because it takes too long. I'm still waiting for a phone call back for an approval on my door lock which was never looked at and that's the main reason I brought it in. It's been two weeks Never again.

I utilized the remote service offering for a recall. The tech was on time and professional. This saved me tons of time. I would use this offering again.

Bought my truck here and had to bring it back for a repair that wasn’t covered under warranty unfortunately. They sent a video of the parts/damage which was helpful. They also delivered my vehicle to me when I wasn’t able to find time to pick it up before they closed.

Tech didn’t do their job with checking my tires. The runner drove my car on the rim and told me my tire was flat! Wanted me to leave with my car on the rim! I showed up and told them to show me and they found a nail! Told me my car was done but I couldn’t pick it up due to ford not paying them yet. Couldn’t communicate unless I bugged them for answers.. they told me they would call me by end of day and it was 1-2 weeks before I heard anything.

There seems to be somewhat of a disconnect between the Ford Accessories ordering process online and the service department on-site to do the work. Firstly, I wasn't able to schedule the install for roughly 2 weeks after I ordered the part and when I called in to do so the first time I was just told to "wait a while and call back in so we can receive the order", that's not a great customer experience and to not offer any kind of proactive follow up for an item and service I paid well over $1000 for seems ...

I went in for the oil change package & tire rotation. They were quite backed up. But went to great lengths to get me in & out in a decent amount of time which I truly appreciated. I wasn't even charged for it! In all the rush my vehicle wasn't washed. But not really a problem.

I had the premium package for 5,000 mile check ups. AutoNation did all my service but this time they could not get some cover off to Access spark plugs.
