I flew out from California to buy a 2016 corvette. They were extremely helpful. They gave me an accurate estimate, very accurate description of the car, were willing to send pictures and videos before I booked a flight. Adrian, our salesman, tooke great care of us. We got taken care of promptly, test drove the vehicle we were there to see, and didn't get sled into test driving anything else. We ended up buy that vehicle and even that process went super smooth. We didn't get pressured to by and extended warranties which was a first for us. Jordan was amazing! He took care of me and went above and beyond.
To the men at the desk, 5 stars. To the after service answering service, 1 star. To the mechanic, 3. He did not receive my message or care to call until days end therefore my truck had to stay there through the weekend. I was advised by the excellent desk crew that I should call in Thursday evening to make sure when the mechanic came in Friday morning what I desired. I did this yet the mechanic fell short. I do give extra shouts out to the desk crew and the man who fetched my vehicle.

I had a great experience on the sales side of the transaction but was not impressed with the financing side of things. Pete was great to work with and found me my dream car optioned exactly the way I wanted it. On the financing side, despite my great credit score I got a horrible interest rate and feel like the dealership just gave me one option with one of their partners versus shopping around for the best option. I came in on the twelfth of august to buy my first car. I was instantly greeted by the kindest woman at the front desk, as well as getting me with my appointment. From there Pavel, walked me through everything and was incredibly honest and upfront and about how the price reflected from the vehicle. Communication and kindness were definitely present. I scheduled an oil change online and planned to wait at the dealership. The agent let me know they had an electrical issue so only 2 lifts were working. Since it would take longer than usual I did get shuttle service. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional. Oil change itself was good.
The staff was very friendly and assisted with delivery of my car to my home. The repairs where completed as promised. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response for a phone call to report a missing item out of the truck of my car. I requested a call from the service manager 5 days ago and have not heard from him/her
