I came in on the twelfth of august to buy my first car. I was instantly greeted by the kindest woman at the front desk, as well as getting me with my appointment. From there Pavel, walked me through everything and was incredibly honest and upfront and about how the price reflected from the vehicle. Communication and kindness were definitely present. Would definitely shop here again!

I scheduled an oil change online and planned to wait at the dealership. The agent let me know they had an electrical issue so only 2 lifts were working. Since it would take longer than usual I did get shuttle service. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional. Oil change itself was good.
The staff was very friendly and assisted with delivery of my car to my home. The repairs where completed as promised. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response for a phone call to report a missing item out of the truck of my car. I requested a call from the service manager 5 days ago and have not heard from him/her

I was worried about my brakes making noises and the staff who helped me were accommodating and kind! They even found me a deal so I didn’t have to pay as much as I originally thought to get my brakes looked at!! Knowledgeable staff as well!

Overall a good experience. This dealer had a large inventory, with a good selection of quality trucks. Reasonably priced, and I received fair amount for my trade. Yes I could have made more selling private party. But this dealership took the headache out of it. Their process is streamlined. I’ve bought lots of vehicles over the years and this was one of smoothest experiences yet. Peter was my salesman, very professional, and stayed after hours until the deal was done. Very happy with the ease of the online product specification details it was for 2005 lincoln town car new, parts are hard to come now a days! It’s been over a month since I left my truck here to fix a simple parking sensor. They told me it would take no more than 3 days, but I’m still waiting. The worst part is the complete lack of communication. This Ford location has excellent service! Had an oil change and quick inspection done on my vehicle. I was able to schedule the appointment same day for their "Happy Hour" price special that the location offer's, so I even got a $off coupon! I highly recommend this efficient in and out oil change special, and I can't forget not to mention that the employees are top notch too!

I scheduled service with vehicle pickup. The pickup & drop off process was wonderful. They communicated clearly and took good care of my car in transport.

Had a great experience. Easy to use website to research before hand. Attentive staff who respond to email inquiries fast. Then the sales process: wonderful. I wasn't there buying anything fancy, I was there for a solid used car to get around town but I was treated like I was buying a something brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the process a walk in the park.
Rich and Pete made me feel as though they dropped everything to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted as quickly as possible with no warning. Without their hard work my family would have missed their vacation time line.

Great experience... took my car in due to a recall and also had a bad tire sensor. My service coordinator, Jordan, kept me in the loop on the time and cost for the repair and the fixed recall item.
