We had a great experience getting into a new truck, they had the exact truck I was looking for the ruby red 2026 XLT FX4 and had it pulled up front ready for me. The staff there are great and made the experience easy and comfortable. Our sales person Richard Aboody was great, nice down to earth guy who made us feel at ease and is well knowledgeable. Recently bought a car from Apple Ford, Jack our salesman had top notch customer service. Finance team was also very helpful and knowledgeable.
Only dealer I would and have bought a vehicle from. Russ is our most recent service representative and he spent a week fighting with the warrenty company on our behalf. Unfortunately the snakes at the warrenty company declined the service but Russ is getting it covered for us anyways. It is nice to see a company take care of it's customers even if it cost them a little.

Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.

Jack in sales was great, finance guy was straight to the point and had me out right away. Dealership a litter disappointing, 3% credit charge, only one key, vehicle was basically on empty.
Apple Ford stock is plentiful today. Alex Hight, salesman, was extremely helpful with no pressure. Kyle in the finance department made the paperwork easy. Recommend Apple Ford to anyone looking for a new ride.

Will not use this dealership again. Communication is horrible. Promised to have my car done in 2 hours after 6 hours when I called asking what was going on, I was told it would be another hour and a half! A whole day!! I had to call my job and tell them my half day off would now be a full day. Nobody updated me, I called back and demanded my car be delivered to me ASAP. Surprise in 20 minutes it was delivered.

Understand that Apple Ford does not have great artwork on the walls, greet you with warm cookies, or possess a playground for the kids. But what I look for in a dealership is trustworthiness, competency, and friendliness. Apple Ford fires on all cylinders regarding these traits. I have purchased vehicles from them as well as had a lot of service flow through their bays. They have always performed admirably. That's not to say that occasionally something unexpected happens, but when that does, they are honest and communicative about any issues.

Much better experience than my last visit to a dealer. The routine scheduled 40k maintenance on my Mustang Mach E was super cheap ($65 air filter) and they got me in and out fast.

The truck that we originally went to view was not what we were looking for. Dillon got us a new truck to drive to set a bar. We gave him parameters and he had two trucks. One we had driven and another. The second drove like new. Very happy with Dillon and the truck.
