I scheduled an oil change online and planned to wait at the dealership. The agent let me know they had an electrical issue so only 2 lifts were working. Since it would take longer than usual I did get shuttle service. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional. Oil change itself was good.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of response for a phone call to report a missing item out of the truck of my car. I requested a call from the service manager 5 days ago and have not heard from him/her
