We had a great experience getting into a new truck, they had the exact truck I was looking for the ruby red 2026 XLT FX4 and had it pulled up front ready for me. The staff there are great and made the experience easy and comfortable. Our sales person Richard Aboody was great, nice down to earth guy who made us feel at ease and is well knowledgeable. This is our third vehicle from Apple ford white bear lake and we plan to continue to buy from there!

Only dealer I would and have bought a vehicle from. Russ is our most recent service representative and he spent a week fighting with the warrenty company on our behalf. Unfortunately the snakes at the warrenty company declined the service but Russ is getting it covered for us anyways. It is nice to see a company take care of it's customers even if it cost them a little.
