Kaitlyn was outstanding and she navigated through a couple of issues with the web site regarding the listing of one vehicle that we test drove. She was very patient the day after also when one of the key fobs did not work. Kaitlyn sorted out the confusion about it. Outstanding.

Recently bought a car from Apple Ford, Jack our salesman had top notch customer service. Finance team was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Only dealer I would and have bought a vehicle from. Russ is our most recent service representative and he spent a week fighting with the warrenty company on our behalf. Unfortunately the snakes at the warrenty company declined the service but Russ is getting it covered for us anyways. It is nice to see a company take care of it's customers even if it cost them a little.
