Overall good experience. Communication was good and car repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Also appreciate the loaner car provided. Would have been nice to get a car wash as part of service visit though

Adrian, our salesman, tooke great care of us. We got taken care of promptly, test drove the vehicle we were there to see, and didn't get sled into test driving anything else. We ended up buy that vehicle and even that process went super smooth. We didn't get pressured to by and extended warranties which was a first for us. We ended up having the third brake light go out and a check engine light come on within the 15 warranty period for their certified pre-owned vehicles. We were able to drop it off no questions asked and they fixed all the problems with asking for a dime. Great experience!

I walked in with a pretty specific list of what I needed in a new truck and was quickly introduced to Edwin. He was able to locate exactly what I wanted and show me the multiple options they had on the lot. It came down to a color selection. Once I had that determined, it was very easy to sign some documents and the truck was already in process of being detailed for delivery. Within hours I was home with my new ride. At no time did I feel pressured into buying what I didn’t want or need, even with regards to additional warranty or add-ons. Very easy and stress-free process. Thank you!!

To the men at the desk, 5 stars. To the after service answering service, 1 star. To the mechanic, 3. He did not receive my message or care to call until days end therefore my truck had to stay there through the weekend. I was advised by the excellent desk crew that I should call in Thursday evening to make sure when the mechanic came in Friday morning what I desired. I did this yet the mechanic fell short. I do give extra shouts out to the desk crew and the man who fetched my vehicle.
