Car drive nice but when i got home found 2 chip crack windshield with the sun out found the situation

Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.

Richie Aboody and Matt Cepper were awesome to work with. I am from NH and purchased my vehicle on line. They answered all my questions, provided any supplement information that I ask fir and was available, abd provided additional photographs upon request.

Will not use this dealership again. Communication is horrible. Promised to have my car done in 2 hours after 6 hours when I called asking what was going on, I was told it would be another hour and a half! A whole day!! I had to call my job and tell them my half day off would now be a full day. Nobody updated me, I called back and demanded my car be delivered to me ASAP. Surprise in 20 minutes it was delivered.

Our salesman Ben was very helpful. I was very specific about the 350 that I wanted and he found it in another. State had it delivered and it’s a beautiful truck. He took the time to find the truck and I really appreciated that.
