Apple Ford White Bear Lake

I went in with interest in a couple vehicles that I saw online and drove home in a gorgeous Mazda CX-5! Thank you Jacob and Matt for a great experience.

This Ford location has excellent service! Had an oil change and quick inspection done on my vehicle. I was able to schedule the appointment same day for their "Happy Hour" price special that the location offer's, so I even got a $off coupon! I highly recommend this efficient in and out oil change special, and I can't forget not to mention that the employees are top notch too!

They didn't even wash the car.

I scheduled service with vehicle pickup. The pickup & drop off process was wonderful. They communicated clearly and took good care of my car in transport. That is where the positive stuff ends. I made appointment online for breaks. Based upon my research, I felt pretty confident I knew what the issue was but I’m not a mechanic and trusted those that are. I included a note saying that I believe the issue was either a bad ABS sensor or cracked tone ring. When the car arrived, they did an evaluation and were confident the issue was that the break fluid needed changed. ABS is electronic… Break fluid is hydraulic, but okay. I’ll trust the experts. They flushed the line and came back to say the issue is still present and that we’d have to schedule another appointment with the full service team- NOT with quick lane. I did not make an appointment for quick lane. I made an appointment to have my car looked at for the breaks. I discussed this calmly with the Service Advisor with no real resolution because the issue still exists. I will not be returning to Apple Ford in White Bear Lake.

Had a great experience. Easy to use website to research before hand. Attentive staff who respond to email inquiries fast. Then the sales process: wonderful. I wasn't there buying anything fancy, I was there for a solid used car to get around town but I was treated like I was buying a something brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the process a walk in the park.

Rich and Pete made me feel as though they dropped everything to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted as quickly as possible with no warning. Without their hard work my family would have missed their vacation time line.
