I felt like we a great price on a new vehicle and good customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Arly Overturf for the outstanding customer service he provided during my recent experience with Apple Ford White Bear Lake. My experience did not begin on the best note. I initially brought my vehicle in to diagnose a recall involving my driver's door and to investigate a check engine light that had returned shortly after a previous visit. I was originally told the diagnosis would take approximately half a day, but my vehicle remained at the dealership for a day and a half. As a Lyft driver, my vehicle is my livelihood, so unexpected delays have a direct impact on my ability to earn an income. While I understand that delays sometimes happen, communication is extremely important in those situations. After completing a customer survey, Arly reached out to me. Although we played a little phone tag at first, once we connected, he immediately took ownership of the situation. He listened to my concerns, apologized for the lack of communication, and clearly explained what had happened. More importantly, he took the time to explain the EVAP system, including which component had already been replaced, which component currently needed replacement, and that there may eventually be a third component requiring attention. No one had explained that process to me before. Arly scheduled my repair, and from that point forward the experience was completely different. My vehicle was picked up on time through the dealership's pickup and delivery service, repaired the same day, and returned as promised. The repair also ended up costing less than originally estimated, which was greatly appreciated. We also discussed the upcoming driver's door recall repair. Rather than giving me unrealistic expectations, Arly explained that replacing the door, transferring components, sending it to the body shop for paint matching, and reinstalling everything would realistically require about a week. I appreciated his honesty and transparency far more than simply being told what I wanted to hear. What stood out most throughout this experience was Arly's communication, accountability, and professionalism. He acknowledged where my earlier experience fell short, kept me informed, answered my questions, and restored my confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Customer service isn't about everything going perfectly. It's about how someone responds when things don't go as planned. Arly demonstrated exactly what good customer service looks like, and I sincerely appreciate the time, patience, and professionalism he showed throughout the process. Please extend my thanks and appreciation to him for a job well done

I purchased my van at Apple Ford White Bear Lake. I worked with Richie and he was wonderful to work with. We had some hiccups along the way, but he worked hard to make everything right and found me a great vehicle!

Good service

Great experience... took my car in due to a recall and also had a bad tire sensor. My service coordinator, Jordan, kept me in the loop on the time and cost for the repair and the fixed recall item.

Free pick up and delivery of car for an oil change. Nice service. Good prices and friendly.
